ANALISIS PERAN KPRI DWIJA BAGI PEGAWAI KECAMATAN NGLEGOK KABUPATEN BLITAR PASCA PERUBAHAN REGULASI PEMBAYARAN GAJI DARI KANTOR BAGIAN KEUANGAN KE BANK UMUM

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of KPRI Dwija for employees of Nglegok District, Blitar Regency after changes in salary payment regulations from the finance department to commercial bank. Respondents in this research were administrators, supervisors, employees and members of KPRI Dwija. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through documentary interviews. The data analysis model uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis and discussion show that KPRI Dwija has a role that can be said to be quite inadequate and not optimal in savings and loan activities and has a very good role in its business activities. KPRI Dwija has business units, in the development of which are shops, photocopiers/ATK, school supplies shops, multi-purpose building rentals, and clothing boutiques. The obstacles faced are: 1) Limited capital in providing loans, 2) Lack of awareness of members in carrying out savings and loan activities, 3) Lack of collateral in providing loans, 4) Lack of trained administrators, 5) Lack of awareness of administrators in using technology. The strategies used to overcome obstacles are: 1) Collaborating with external parties, 2) Socializing the importance of the role of KPRI Dwija members, 3) Being selective in providing loans, 4) Carrying out training activities for management and employees regularly, 5) Using technology.
