Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of digital organizational culture, digital capabilities, and organizational readiness on digital innovation in micro and small businesses in Semarang. This study used non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires. The sample used was 150 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method on SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results of the study have proven that digital organizational culture, digital capabilities, and organizational readiness have a positive and significant effect on digital innovation. This study also proves that organizational readiness as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on digital organizational culture and digital innovation. In addition, organizational readiness also has a positive and significant effect in mediating the effect of digital capabilities and digital innovation.
